Prairie colors of windswept grass, azure skies, silvery waters and sun drenched stones are prevalent in my work. My designs are not meant to reflect any certain culture or time; they are from somewhere inside of me, and without sketching or planning, they unfold in my hands.

The earth is our blessed home. I strive to use uncomplicated and earth friendly processes and materials in my jewelry designs and to live the same way by taking a ... gentle approach to the land and its creatures.

I have been told that my jewelry conveys a sense of peace, which is always my intent.

Thank you so much for your interest,
Patricia Lynn Eagle

Andrea Theocles gives new meaning to the word expressionism.

Captured by nature since she was a child, she has always searched for new adventures that would lead her to moments of inspiration and spirituality that she could express in her art. Life changing experiences opened her up to a higher visionary vibration. Andrea invites the observer to travel into her world of color and emotion, to share the subtle universal messages that have the potential to open their heart and mind. Andrea attempts to evoke the deep stirrings of love and passion that is inside all of us. She tries to go one step beyond to a higher plane of feeling and emotion through color and a sense of movement.

"What we see is only a perception of what is real. Order is an illusion , and chaos is the birthplace of creation. Creation is pure energy... and energy is abstract"

Art has been a constant thread that has connected a variety of experiences I have enjoyed in my life. Beginning my formal art studies at the Chicago Academy of Fine Art, I continued to develop as an artist through private studies and seminars across the country.

I have taught adult painting using acrylics and enjoyed seeing students develop skills and realize their own potential. I owned my own mural business and painted for corporations and private homes. In addition I have designed and manufactured pins and spiritual art and managed a shop with a spiritual theme. I also managed a fine art gallery that featured 33 Chicago and suburban area artists.

I learned about gourds as an art form over 15 years ago and continue to learn more about this art form daily. I hope you enjoy my work.
